Prior to joining ESA, Mr. Gallatin served three years as Executive Vice President and manager of Energy Lending for Bank of Texas, an affiliate of BOK Financial. In addition, he has served as manager of other BOK Financial affiliated energy groups. Mr. Gallatin brings with him over 25 years of experience with financial institutions in various energy related fields, including all of the major mid-continent markets.
Mr. Gallatin leads ESA's regional office in Houston, Texas.
Prior to joining Energy Spectrum Advisors in 2006, Mr. Wells was a petroleum engineering consultant with Netherland, Sewell and Associates, Inc., in Dallas for 16 years. His work included project coordination, oil and gas property evaluations, reserves estimates, reservoir analyses, property sales packages, acquisition evaluations, fair market value determinations, geological studies, and secondary and tertiary recovery studies. Areas of specific expertise include the evaluation of the Barnett Shale in North Texas, the DJ Basin in Colorado, and South American properties. He also worked for five years as a reservoir engineer for Exxon Company U.S.A. Mr. Wells is a graduate of Texas A&I University with a B.S. degree in Natural Gas Engineering. He is a registered Professional Petroleum Engineer, State of Texas, and a member of the SPE.
Jason Reimbold joined Energy Spectrum Advisors in 2015 after serving as Vice President of A&D for PLS in Houston, TX. At PLS, Mr. Reimbold was responsible for sell-side and buy-side deal origination and execution in addition to performing asset valuation assessments for client mandates. He brings with him ten years of energy finance experience and has executed transactions in many of the major U.S. basins. Mr. Reimbold earned a BSBA in Finance from the University of Tulsa after serving in the United States Army from 1999 to 2003.
Mr. Hundley joined Energy Spectrum Advisors in 2012 after working in BofA Merrill Lynch's Global Energy & Power Investment Banking group in Houston, TX. During his time at BofAML, Mr. Hundley focused on all sectors of the Energy industry including acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas interests as well as advisory services to oilfield services companies. He was involved in numerous capital markets transactions and advisory engagements for both North and South America. Mr. Hundley earned his BBA in Financial Consulting in 2009 from Southern Methodist University where he was a BBA Scholar and the recipient of the Frank L. Pitts Oil & Gas scholarship. He received his Master of Science in Accounting from SMU in 2010.
Ms. Sullivan joined the ESA team in 2014 after eight years as a petroleum engineer with Oil Search Limited, an oil and gas exploration and development company in Sydney, Australia. Her work included the development and implementation of probabilistic production forecasting practices. She began her career as an engineering analyst at Netherland, Sewell & Associates, Inc. in Dallas. Ms. Sullivan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Texas State University at San Marcos and a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of New South Wales at Sydney. She is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Mr. Schott joined Energy Spectrum Advisors in 2015 after working as a technical analyst for A&D at PLS in Houston, TX. His work included data analysis, property valuation, and deal packaging. Mr. Schott graduated from QED’s reservoir engineering technology program at the top of his class in 2014. Prior to serving as a technical analyst, he worked on the Houston Ship Channel as a Senior Petroleum Inspector where he gained vital experience in the mid-stream sector of the oil and gas industry. Mr. Schott earned his Bachelor of Arts in Theology from the Moody Bible Institute and afterwards served as a youth director for six years.
